The Life of NANCY ANN SHORT
Nancy Ann Short, 76, passed away October 28, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. She was born October 17, 1937 in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of John and Mae Short.
Nancy loved music, animls and her doll, Billie. Most importantly, she cherished her family and loved spending time with them.
Nancy is survived by nephews and nieces, Joe Silny, Vicki Sterling, Carl (Carroll) Allender, Beth (Fred) Foreman and Judy Silny, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Edith Allender and Doris Silny.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 32, 2013 at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, 1 NE 60th Avenue in Des Moines.
