The Life of JIMMY R MCBEE
Jim R. McBee, 46, of 1303 York St., Des Moines, died of lung cancer Thursday, February 1, at home. Services were held February 3 at Dunns'' Funeral Home, and the body was cremated following the services.
McBee was born in Des Moines and returned to the area in 1980. He had been owner of McBee Mailing Service and Lynnville Cafe and retired from product management for the Central Iowa Blood Center.
Among his survivors are his wife, Kathy; his mother, Marge of Des Moines; four brothers, Jerry and Merv, both of Des Moines, and Steve and Loy, both of Ankeny; and a sister, Ronna Behanish of Des Moines.
