The Life of EUGENE W CAVE
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Westover Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery for Eugene W. Cave, 90 , of 1227 Fifty-fifth St., who was dead on arrival Wednesday at Northwest Community Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack.
Mr. Cave was born in Dallas County and had lived in Des Moines since 1906. He was a retired meat cutter, and a member of the College Avenue Christian Church and Moose Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Minnie; a daughter, Mrs. Harry R. Peterson of Des Moines; three stepdaughters, Mrs. John tyler of Des Moines, Mrs. Gene Finnell of Cedar Rapids and Mrs.Mrs. Dean Naven of Fort Dodge; two stepsons, Ray Maurer of Meadville, Miss., and Robert C. Anderson of West Des Moines, two granddaughters and four great-grandchildren.
