The Life of CHARLES GRAZIER JR
Chuck Grazier, 76, died Friday, June 24, 2005 at his home. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Chuck was born January 2, 1929 in Redfield. He spent most of his life in Des Moines. He was self-employed in the construction industry before he retired. He was a great fisherman and enjoyed restoring old cars.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Burdetta Grazier of Des Moines; son, Charles Grazier III of Des Moines; five daughters, Connie Wieck of South Dakota, Diana Hay of Tennessee, Joan Graham of Des Moines, Pam Hamill of Altoona and Mary Laidig of Waterloo; his sister, Phyllis Grazier of Des Moines; and numerous grand and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin 1 p.m. Monday, June 27, 2005 at the funeral home where the family will be present from 5 to 7 p.m. Memorials may be made to Highland Park Christian Church.
