The Life of ELLSWORTH LEE YOUNG
Services for Ellsworth L. "Ham" Young, 63, of Ankeny, who died of cancer Monday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Young was a lifelong Des Moines area resident. A retired meter reader for Iowa Power and Light co., he was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 499.
Survivors include his wife, Rudena; a daughter, Elizabeth Breen of Johnston; a son, Tom of Des Moines; a sister, Kay Robertson of Des Moines; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 today.
