The Life of CATHY J TUTTLE
Cathy J. Tuttle, 47, of Margate, FL, died of a liver ailment there Jan. 22. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in Des Moines.
Mrs. Tuttle had lived in the Des Moines area before moving to Florida in 1982. She worked in long-term health care for the past 25 years and was a director of nursing at John Knox Village in Pompano Beach, FL.
She is survived by her husband, Frank; two sons, Michael Hazen and David Hazen, both of Margate; her parents, Beverly and Robert Clark of Des Moines; a sister, Karen Forbes of Lorimor; and her grandparents, Ruth and Tom Morris of Des Moines.
