The Life of LESTER MORTON WOODS
Lester M. Woods, 72, 94 2931 E Tiffin Ave., died fo emphysema Tuesday at his home.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Arnold''s Highland Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hgihland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Woods was born in Ankeny and also lived in Spriit Lake before moving to Des Moines 37 years ago. He was a retired printer.
Survivors incldue his wife, Ila; two daughters, Lois Woods of Iowa City and Cheryl Rhodes of Des Moines; two sons, Bruce of Winterset and Dennis of Des Moines; two sisters, Lulu Ellwanger of Estherville and Leota Underwood of Des Moines; a brother, Donald of Des Moines; and five grandchildren.
