The Life of LARRY L PETERSON
Services for Larry L Peterson, 39, of 1922 Des Moines St. will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Peterson died of a heart attack Sunday. He was dead on arrival at Des Moines General Hospital.
A lifelong Des Moines resident, Mr. Peterson was employed at Armstrong Rubber Co. He served in the US Army for two years and was a member of United Rubber Workers Union Local 164.
He is survived by his wife, Carol L.; a son, Larry L, Jr. of Fort Briggs, NC; a daughter, Mary J Peterson of Des Moines; a stepdaughter, Kathy Benson of Des Moines; three stepsons, Richard Benson and Ronald Benson, both of Des Moines, and Robert Benson, at home; two foster sons, Eric Benson and Joel Benson, both at home; a brother, Jerry J of San Diego, CA; his mothers, Mrs. Mildred I Peterson of Des Moines, and two grandchildren.
