The Life of VIRGINIA LENORA CRONIN
Virginia Lenora Cronina, 74, of Trenton, Mo,. died of an embolism and a liver ailment Thursday at home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home in Des Moines. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery here.
Mrs. Cronin was born in Chicago and had lived in Des Moines most of her life before moving to Trenton 12 years ago. She was a retired area coordinator with Green Hills Community Action Agency and a member of American Legion Auxiliary in Chillicothe, Mo.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; son, Dennis of Columbia, Mo.; a daughter, Sharon Roske of Altoona; a brother, Gilbert Wheeler of West Des Moines; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Liver Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
