The Life of RUTH A PALMER
Ruth Palmer, 92, died of natural causes on November 9, 2006 at Park Ridge care center. Ruth was born on August 29, 1914 to Bessie Marie and Leonard Hogendorn. She is survived by her daughters, Linda (Wendell) Dunkin, Sherrel (Bill) Bain, Mary Ann (Lee) Smith, Dorothy (Jim) Voyce and Jeri Resser; son, Larry R. (Julie) Palmer, 19 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Wilbur, a son, six brothers, three sisters and two grandsons. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, November, 13 2006, at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens. 121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Iowa Hospice in loving memory of Ruth.
