The Life of LEIGHANN RAE BELIEU
Leighann Rae Belieu, 6, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Ronald Belieu of rural West Des Moines, died Wednesday of complications after a tonsilectomy. She had been ill 36 days.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Born in Des Moines, the girl was a student in the Waukee Community Schools system.
In addition to her parents, survivors include a brother, Randy, and two half-sisters, Jeannette Herriott and Tammy Belieu, all at home; five half-brothers, Robert Herriott, Jaimmie Herriott, Ronald Belieu, Kerry Belieu, and Danny Belieu, all of Des Moiens, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Short and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Braathen, all of Des Moines.
