Services for Lela I. Ragan, 75, of 6901 SE Fourteenth St., who died of a heart ailment Friday, will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mel''s Catholic Church. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Ragan was pronounced dead on arrival at Mercy Hospital Medical Center.
Born in Mount Etna, Mrs. Ragan moved to Des Moines from Winterset 36 years ago. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Genevieve Naughton of Des Moines; one brother, Lewis Barry of Omaha, NE; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be recited at 9 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Funeral Home.
