The Life of AHKOM KHOUNCHALEUN
Akhom A. Khounchaleun, 38, of the 1900 block of Washington Avenue, died of cancer Wednesday at home. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton''s near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Cremation will follow services.
Mr. Khounchaleun was born in Laos and had lived in Des Moines several years. He was a laborer with Marvin Windows and Doors.
He is surived by his mother, Lamal Khounchaleun of Des Moines; and three sisters, Khonphet Khounchaleun and Thatsphone Sitthixay, both of Des Moines, and Khonsavanh Khounchaleun of Warold, MN.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Funeral Home.
