The Life of LEAH M RICHMOND

Leah M. Richmond, 93, of Valley View Village, 2571 Guthrie Ave., died of cancer there Friday.  Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Hamilton's Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. Richmond, a lifelong Des Moines resident, was retired from the bookkeeping departmentof Younkers department store and was a member of Grant Park Christian Church and the Eastgate Order of the Eastern Star.

He is survived by six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
