The Life of GENE J FAUST
Gene J. Faust, 71, of 1201 SE Millpond Court, Ankeny, died of a respiratory ailment Saturday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
Mr. Faust was a lifelong resident of Des Moines and was retired from Stew Hansen Dodge. He was a Navy Veteran for World War II and a member of the Antique Auto Club of America.
He is survived by two daughters, Karen Withee-Rainey and Shari Dougherty, both of Des Moines; a son, Rob of Greenfield; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa.
