The Life of CYNTHIA ANN DAVIS
Cindy Davis, 58, of Des Moines, died Sunday, December 3, 2006 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. She was born March 13, 1948 to Marion and Mildred Denin in Des Moines. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 7, 2006 at Highland Park Christian Church, with visitation 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue. She worked as a bartender for many years at Stan’s. She was wise, fun loving, tender hearted and a “Mom” to many. Cindy was never to busy or to tired to help, listen or lend a hand to those in need. She had a spark that touched ALL! Cindy is survived by her son, Paul Davis, daughter, Donita Davis, grandchildren; Paul Davis Jr., Danielle Jordenson, Hailey McDowell, Zach McDowell, Dharma VanderLinden and Jadon Dior Davis, brothers, Russell Denin and Ray Denin and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gary, and brother, Pat Denin. Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League in Des Moines.
