The Life of DALE RONALD SHAW
A memorial service for Dale R. Shaw, 32, of 2155 NW Seventy-second Place, Ankeny will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Ankeny Funeral Home in Ankeny. The body has been cremated.
Mr. Shaw was found dead in a truck Monday at 2525 Euclid Ave. Dr. R.C. Wooters, Polk County medical examiner, rule the death a suicide from corbon monoxide poisoning, with time of death probably Saturday afternoon.
A lifelong resident of the Des Moines area, Mr. Shaw was a job coordinator for Doherty Construction Co. in Des Moines and a member of St. Paul''s Lutheran Church in Ankeny.
Surviving are his wife, Saundra; two daughters, Kimberly and Robin, and a son, Todd, all at home; his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Grandville Shaw of Ankeny, and a grandmother, Mrs. Clara Cushatt of Perry.
