The Life of WILLIAM M DISHON
Services for William Dishon, 76, of 211 Olinda Ave., who died of pneumonia Thursday at home, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Tonini Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Dishon, a former construction worker, was born in Virginia and lived here 30 years. He had been ill 13 years.
Surviving are his widow, Pearl; two sons, Earl and James of Des Moines; seven daughters, Mrs. Lena Drotts, Mrs. Nanna Norris, Mrs. Edna Wheeler, Mrs. Ruby Peak and Mrs. Mary Evans, all of Des Moines, Mrs. Mazie Rogers of Humboldt and Mrs. Helen Sanders of Escondido, CA; two sisters, Mrs. Cloy Proudfit and Mrs. Hazie White, and two brothers, Therford and Leonard, all living in Virginia; 31 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
