The Life of RAYMOND T LAUTH
Raymond T. Lauth, 80, of Mill-Pond Health Care Center, 1201 SE Mill Pond Court, Ankeny, died of a heart ailment Sunday at Village Retirement Community in Indianola, where he had lived one week. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hamilton''s near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Burial wil be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Lauth was born in Berwyn, IL, and had lived in the Chicago area before moving to Ankeny in 1995. He was a retired computer programmer with Illinois Bell Telephone Co., an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia; a daughter, Ellen Fuson of Des Moines; a sister, Luella Kruse of Hastings, NB; two step-grandchildren; and a step-great-grandchild.
The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
