The Life of DIXIE NAU HINES

Dixie Nau Hines, 59, of Colorado Springs died of a heart ailment Monday at Memorial Hospital. The body has been cremated and a memorial graveside service will be at 11 am Saturday at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in Des Moines.

Mrs. Hines lived in Des Moines and was employed by Sumner-Ramsey Pontiac before moving to Colorado in 1985. She was active with the Mental Health Society and in 1988 was coach of a Special Olympics bowling team here.

Surviving are a son, Dennis of Portland, OR, her mother, Dixie Nau of Rockford, IL; three borthers, John O, of Rockford, John A of Grimes, IA, and Thomas of Mitchellville, IA; a sister, Betty Mason of Des Moines; and a grandchild.
