The Life of ROY WAYNE COZAD
R. Wayne Cozad, 62, of 4200 Grand Ave. died of a heart attack Tuesday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. Services will be at noon Friday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Cozad was born in Chariton and had lived in Des Moines most of his life. He was a retired carpenter and a member of Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Marge, three sons, Allan and Scott, both of Des Moines, and Toby of San Diego; two daughters, Judy Cozad and Donna Christiansen, his mother, Irene Cozad, and a sister, Wanda Ortiz, all of Des Moines; and seven grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
