The Life of CHARLES ADAM PIERSCHBACHER
Charles A Pierschbacher, 47, of 1351 E. 14th St. died of cancer Saturday at Veterans Medical Center in Iowa City. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton''''s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Pierschbacher was born in Chariton and moved to Des Moines 25 years ago. He retired in October from the catering department at Tait''''s Super Valu and was a Vietnam War veteran.
Survivors include a brother, Lloyd of Chariton; and three sisters, Leona Miller of Chicago, Mary Murray of O''''Fallon, Ill., and Shirley Alvarado of Park Forest, Ill.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
