The Life of ANDREW R STOUGARD
Andrew R Stougard passed away on January 12, 2004 from complications of pneumonia at Taylor House Hospice. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, January 15 at Hamilton''s near Highland Memory Gardens with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Andrew was born in Jefferson, Iowa on October 12, 1909, the son of Emma Peterson Stougard and Christian N Stougard. Andrew was employed by Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for 32 years.
Andrew is survived by his wife of 68 years, Velma Purvis Stougard, a son, Larry Stougard of Johnston, Iowa; five grandchldren and nin great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard.
Visition will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 14 at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens. The family requests any donations be made to Taylor House Hospice.
