The Life of RICHARD ARLEN TERRY
Richard Arlen Terry, 56, of 320 E. 21st St. died of cancer Saturday at Urbandale Health Care Center, 4614 NW 84ht St., Urbandale, where he had been for one month. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Terry, a lifelong Des Moines resident, retired in 1991 as a printer with Holm Graphic. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps.
Surviving are a stepson, Davis Jones of Des Moines; his mother, H. Mabel Terry of Des Moines; and three sisters, Mary Iliff of Urbandale, Dolores Hoover of Indianola and JoAnn Landers of Avoca.
The family will visit with friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Centeral Iowa.
