The Life of GLENN B LANNING
Glen B. Lanning, 77, of 4107 E. Seventh St. died of cancer Thursday at New Oaks Care Center. The body was cremated and no services planned.
Mr. Lanning was born in Keokuk and lived in Des Moines most of his life. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Teamsters Union.
Surviving are his wife, Jeanette; a stepdaughter, Elizabeth Breen of Johnston; a stepson, Tom Young of Des Moines; a brother, Don of California; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are being handled by Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home.
