The Life of GERALD K ERICKSON Sr.
Services for Gerald K. Erickson, Sr., 55, of 1513 Henderson Ave., who died Saturday of a stroke at Mercy Hospital will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Visitation Church.
A rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Monday at the Tonini Funeral Home.
Born in South Dakota, Mr. Erickson lived in Des Moines 30 years. He had been employed as a plumber.
He was a member of Boline-Manfredi, VFW Post 9662 at Carney, the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local No. 33 and the Visitation Church.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia; two sons, Gerald, Jr., and David, both of Des Moines; three daughters, Mrs. Nancy Knight and Mrs. Marilyn Henderson, both of Des Moines, and Mrs. Adrianne Morrison of Huntington Beach, CA; two sisters, Mrs. Shirley Nicholson of Ankeny and Mrs. Ruth Schroeder of Des Moines; and seven grandchildren.
