The Life of BERNICE T ALLEN
Bernice T Allen, 92, of Baxter, died of a heart ailment Thursday at Colonial Manor, where she was a resident three years. Services are at 2 p.m. today at Westover Funerla Home in Des Moines, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Allen was born in Baxter and lived in the Des Moines area most of her life. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are a son, Jack of Des Moines; two daughters, Sue Allen of Van Meter and Diane Lynn of Dunedin, FL; and four grandchildren.
The family will visit with friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
