The Life of MYRTLE FERN HOOK
Services for Mrs. Myrtle Fern Hook, 61, of Huachuca City, AX, who died Thursday of cancer at Tucson Medical Center, Tucson, AZ, will be Tuesday at noon at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Hook was born in Iowa and lived in Des Moines until moving to Arizona 28 years ago.
Survivors include her husband, Forrest of Huachuca; a son, Gary, of Huachuca; two daughters, Mrs. Madge Marie Garove of Pennsylvania, and Mrs. Sandra Lee Hook of Sierra Vista AZ; her mother, Mrs. Ethel Nichols, Lakeside, CA; seven brothers, Kenneth Nichols, LaMesa, CA, Arnold Nichols, Orange, CA, Wayne Nichols and Leonard Nichols, both of Des Moines, Earl Nichols of Colo, and Danny and Dale Nichols, both of Newton; and two sisters, Mrs. Florence Griffin and Mrs. Norma Lee Melson, both of Lakeside, CA.
