The Life of DOROTHY B WILHITE
Dorothy Wilhite, 83, of Norwalk died of congestive heart failure Monday at Regency Care Center there. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Willow Creek Baptist Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in Des Moines.
Mrs. Wilhite had lived in Des Moines all her life before moving to Norwalk a year ago. She had been a receptionist with Iowa Methodist Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband, James; a daughter, Judy Fisher of Des Moines; a son, Jim of Cumming; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Southtown Funeral Home in Des Moines. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
