The Life of ROBERT DEAN SMITH
Robert Smith passed away Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the Carlisle Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday May 4, 2010 at Peterson Funeral Home in Carlisle with burial with military honors to follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Des Moines. Visitation with family will be held Monday the evening prior at the funeral home.
He was owner and operator of ABC Metals. He was also a Seaman First Class WW II Navy vet.
Robert is survived by one son, Karl (Jennifer) of Altoona; one daughter, Carol (Terry) Rowe of Carlisle; six grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
