The Life of MARGARET LEA WILLIS STORCK
Margaret L. Storck Des Moines Margaret L. Storck, 87, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2007 at the Trinity Center at Luther Park. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens.
Margaret was born May 12, 1920 in Des Moines to Isabelle and Arleigh Eillis. She served in the US Navy during World War II. She worked for over 20 years as a Lunchroom clerk at Oak Park School. Margaret was a longtime member of Epworth United Methodist Church. She was very active in the Calling Ministry of her Church. She enjoyed walking at Park Fair Mall. She also liked to visit the shut-ins.
Margaret is survived by her son, Gary (LaDean) Storck; her sister, Dee (Bud) Taylor and many nieces and nephews. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Storck.
