The Life of RICHARD T EPPERLY
Richard Epperly, 61, passed away Friday, August 17, 2007, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church with burial following at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens funeral home.
Richard was born on July 9, 1946 to Fred and Elsie Epperly in Des Moines, Iowa. Richard was a case cart manager for Mercy Medical Center. He enjoyed watching sports and was an active member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary of Des Moines; brother, Roger (Merry) Epperly of Unionville, Missouri and step-son, T.J. White of Des Moines. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church building fund.
