The Life of AUDREY ARLINE LOSE
Audrey Lose, 87, died peacefully at the Carlisle Care Center on March 20, 2011. She was born March 17, 1924, to Cloyd and Marjorie Thompson in Adel, Iowa.
Audrey was a loving, devoted mother and farm wife. In addition she enjoyed needlepoint, jigsaw puzzles, traveling, and going to Prairie Meadows. She will be missed dearly by those that loved her.
Audrey is survived by her daughter Kathi Tuttle-Black; son Henry G. Tuttle; niece Terrie Wilson; husband Robert Lose; sister Judy Thompson; and nephews Craig and Jack Thompson. She was preceded in death by her first husband Hank Tuttle, parents, three brothers, and two sisters.
A visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Wednesday March 23, 2011at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines. Funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday March 24, 2011, at the funeral home and burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at the Carlisle Care Center and Mercy Hospice for the care they provided to Audrey.
