The Life of RETA KAREN FABIAN

Reta Rowland Fabian, 54, died Friday, August 14, 2009 at her home in Huxley, IA.

Reta is survived by her children, Randy (Patricia) Fraizer, James (Tawnya) Rowland and Katrina (Brian Jackson) Rowland; mother, Meredith Barton; siblings, Gaye (Angel) Lastiri, Sharron (Mark) Mikrut, Robert (Karen) Barton and Susan (Kenneth) Moss; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Diane Barton.

Reta was a loving, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 N.W. 60th Ave. in Des Moines with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
