The Life of JACQUELINE HELEN BAGG
Jacqueline “Jackie” Bagg, 88, a lifelong resident of Des Moines, died Thursday December 23, 2010, at the Altoona Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born September 18, 1922, to Blanch and Ransom Gillespie in Des Moines, Iowa.
She enjoyed her family, crocheting and reading. She lived her life to the fullest. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be greatly missed by them.
Jackie is survived by her children, Jerry, Bob and Annie; her five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, of almost 66 years, Bob Bagg.
Memorial Services will be 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at the Hamilton’s Southown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street, Des Moines, Iowa.
Memorial Contribution may be made to American Cancer Society in loving memory of Jackie.
