The Life of JOHN H PEITZMAN
John H. Peitzman, 78, of Heather Manor died of complications of Alzheimer''s disease there Thursday. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at St. John''s Lutheran Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Peitzman had lived in Des Moines all his life. He was a retired self-employed plumber, an Army vetran of World War II and a member of North High Alumni Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Chris Dusenbery of Des Moines; two sons, David of Ankeny and Don of Parker,CO,; and five grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Funeral Home, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Heather Manor Friendship Fund or his church.
