The Life of JOSEPH A DULANEY
Joseph "Joe" Dulaney, 80, went to be with the Lord Thursday, July 13, 2006 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston after a courageous battle with cancer. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 17, 2006 at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home.
Joe was the owner of the first Super Lube in Des Moines and several coin operated car washes. He enjoyed collecting antiques, especially antique cars.
Joe is survived by his wife of 59 years, Virginia; daughter, Karen Dulaney; two sisters, Mary Terrill and Reva Dickey; and his brother, Eldon Dulaney. He was preceded in death by his son, John P. Dulaney.
