The Life of KEITH WINKLEMAN CARLISLE
Keith Winkleman Carlisle, 90, of Mill Pond Health Care Center, 1201 SE Mill Pond Court, Ankeny, died Thursday of a respiratory ailment at Kavanah House on Grand in West Des Moines. The body was cremated and memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Monday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Burial of the cremains will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Carlisle was born in Jefferson and had lived in Des Moines many years before moving to Ankeny a year ago. He was a retired plumber and a member of Plumber and Steamfitters Union and First Federated Church.
He is survived by his wife, Esther, two sons, James of Huxley and Craig of Johnston; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends one hour before services Monday at the funeral home. A reception will follow services Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Kavanagh House on Grand in West Des Moines or Gideon''s Living Memorial Bibles.
