Services for Debie Rae Allen, 15, of 1448 SE Creston Ave., will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Grandview Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens.
The Allen girl died Saturday at Blank Children''''s Hospital of muscular dystrophy.
She was born in Des Moines and was graduated from the Smouse Opportunity School in June.
Survivors include her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Johnny Allen; a sister, Candy Kay, at home; two grandmothers, Mrs. Medie Hester Allen, of Wise., WV, and Mrs. Ethel Roberts of Des Moines; and her grandfather, Herbert Creek of Denver, CO.
The family suggests that memorials be made to Muscular Dystrophy.
