The Life of JEFFREY J BAUER
Jeffrey J. Bauer, 29, of Silver Spring, MD, died Saturday in Baltimore of injuries suffered in an auto accident. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph''''s Catholic Church in Des Moines. Burial will be in Highalnd Memory Gardens Cemetery there.
Mr. Bauer was born in Des Moines and lived in Berwick most of his life before moving to Maryland two years ago. He was a construciton foreman for Grimmius Co. in Burtonsville, MD., and formerly worked for Continental Construction Co. in Des Moines. He had been a member of the Izaak Walton League.
Survivors include his parents, Lucille and Roger Bauer Sr., and two brothers, Roger Jr. and Michael, all of Berwick; two sisters, Donna Bauer of Ankeny and Lora Bauer of Des Moines; and his grandparents, Oral and Josephine Blake of West Des Moines.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Grandview Funeral Home, where a rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
