The Life of OLIVE M LOREY
Olive M. Lorey, 87, of Valley View Village, 2571 Guthrie Ave., died of a heart ailment there Sunday. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Highland Park Presbyterian Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Lorey was born in Exira and had lived in Des Moines most of her life. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star Auburn Lodge and Northside Club.
Survivors include her husband, Albert; two sons, Thomas of Urbandale and Douglas of Hickory Hills, IL; three sisters, Thelma Jessen, Ruby Andersen and Ruth Jessen, all of Exira; and a grandchild.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
