The Life of ALTA BESSIE GRANQUIST
Services for Alta Granquist, 82, of 2204 Lyon st., who died of cancer Friday at 2213 E Thirty-eighth Court, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Dahlstrom Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Granquist was born in Eagle Grove and lived in Des Moines since 1912. She was a homemaker and a member of First Friends Church and Willard WCTU.
Survivors include two sons, Norman of Ames, and Leonard of Tulsa, OK; one daughter, Anne See of Des Moines; one sister, Deloris Jones of Pueblo, CO; three grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Hospice Society.
