The Life of CAROL ANN SAMS
Carol Ann Sams, 35, of the 4200 block of 87th Street, Urbandale, died Monday at Mercy Medical Center. The cause of death is unknown, pending the results of an autopsy. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Mark Lutheran Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Sams was born in Des Moines and had lived in the area all her life. She had worked at Children''s Habilitation Center and was a child-care provider and owner of Creative Memories. She enjoyed putting photo albums together.
Surviving are her husband, Eric; three sons, Jordan, Dylan and Devin, all of Urbandale; her parents, Jack and Mary Sandon, two brothers, Steve Sandon and Mark Sandon, and a sister, Michelle Thomas, all of Des Moines.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Children''s Habilitation Center.
