The Life of ELIZABETH PUCKETT
Services for Mrs. Elizabeth D. Puckett, 83, of 1602 E. Madison Ave. will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Puckett died of a stroke Monday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. She was ill two weeks.
Born in Wayne County, she was a resident of Des Moines 50 years. She attended Epworth Methodist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Sacquety, Daytona Beach, FL, and Mrs. Ellen Snyder, Des Moines; three sons, Wilber L Puckett of Daytona Beach and Robert H and Richard T Puckett of Des Moines; three brothers, Billy Donald of Corydon, Henry Donald of Chariton and Harold Donald of Des Moines; a sister, Mrs. Tressie Shell, 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
