The Life of DOROTHY BERNICE CALHOUN
Dorothy Bernice Calhoun, 73, of Mercer, Mo., formerly of Des Moines, a homemaker, died of a stroke Monday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home in Des Moines. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery there.
Mrs. Calhoun was born in Indianola and lived in Des Moines before moving to Missouri in 1972.
Survivors include her husband, John W.; a daughter, Mary Jane Bullington of Des Moines; two sons, Gary of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Lawrence Davis of Des Moines; a brother, John Kendall Jr. of Des Moines; two sisters, Georgie Cotter and Irene Formaro both of Indianola; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home.
