The Life of CLIFFORD W BEAMAN
Clifford W. Beaman, 83, of 3304 Oxford St., died of a stroke Monday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. Services will be private, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Beaman was born in Pleaston and had lived in Des Moines most of his life. He worked with heavy construction equipment before retiring in 1981, and was a World War II Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Viola; two daughters, Nancy Wilson of Des Moines, and Sally Zell of Colorado; a son, Robert of West Des Moines; a sister, Valerie Perry of Missouri; a brother, Darrell of Des Moines; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
