The Life of MARY IRENE PLEW
Services for Mary I. Plew, 56, of Route 1, Ankeny, who died of a heart ailment Wednesday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John''s Catholic Church in Cumming. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Plew was born in Des Moines and lived in the city most of her life. She was an Ankeny resident since 1964 and was a member of St. John''s Catholic Church and Veterans of Foreign War 9662.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond; a son, Jim of Des Moines; four brothers, John Daly of Royal Oak, Mich., Owen Daly of Des Moines, Jim Daly of Urbandale and Michael Daly of Dallas, Texas, and three grandchildren.
The family suggests that any memorial contributions be made to St. Jude''s Children''s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
Friends may call after noon today and a rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Funeral Home.
