The Life of MARION FRANKLIN SPOONER
Services for Marion F. "Bill" Spooner, 80, of Ankeny, who died of pneumonia Tuesday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ankeny Funeral Home. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Spooner was born in Elkhart and has lived in the area most of his life. He was a farmer and a member of the Polk County Farm Bureau.
Survivors include a son, Bob, of Ankeny; a daughter, Barbara Duncan of Elkhart; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
