The Life of IRENE C SZERENCSE
Irene C. Szerencse, 78, of 301 Ninth St. died of a heart ailment Saturday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at McLaren''s Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Szerencse was a lifelong resident of Des Moines and a homemaker.
Surviving are a daughter, Catherine Swisher of West Des Moines; a son, Jack of Des Moines; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral chapel.
