The Life of MERLE LEROY CONDIT
Merle L. Condit, 66, of Clarinda died of a heart ailment Wednesday at Clarinda Mental Health Institute. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home in Des Moines, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery here.
Mr. Condit was born in Des Moines and had lived here until moving to Clarinda in 1987. He had been a teller with Bankers Trust and served in the Air Force Reserve. He was a member of Highland Park Christian Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Lynda Bomar of Cleburne, Texas; and a brother, Loren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Clarinda Regional Health Center. Hamilton''s Funeral Home in Des Moines is handling arrangements.
